Closely linked to the AWS Well-Architected framework, our Well-Architected report assesses your cloud solution in six key reas:
Operational efficiency
The fundamental goal of any cloud strategy is to improve business outcomes, customers and the bottom line. Your operational processes will be assessed and evaluated against industry best practices. We will help identify where your processes aren't achieving their full potential, and make recommendations for measurement, monitoring and continuous improvement.
Security
All IT systems are exposed to constant and varied threats, and our cloud security strategy is required to keep pace with these. Automated monitoring and remediation, logging, tracking, and ongoing risk management strategies help us to achieve this aim.
Cost optimisation
To accurately assess the effectiveness of your cloud strategy, you need to clearly understand your business objectives. We'll work with you to compare your cloud costs against the business value you generate. It is important to understand, for example, whether you want to increase operational speed to market or reduce costs.
Performance efficiency
The cloud is not static, it is constantly evolving with new capabilities and services. Can you keep up with the changes? You can take full advantage of AWS cloud services’ continuous evolution by periodically reviewing your system. The optimal implementation of a given system always depends on individual goals, capabilities and opportunities. THE PROCESS
How do we prepare a Well Architected report?
First things first: How can you minimize the cost of a report?
The Well Architected report costs HUF 1 500 000 net, and includes all the steps outlined below, including assessment, evaluation and remediation of identified deficiencies as necessary, however payments made to remove deficiencies can be offset against AWS credit of up to 5000USD, which can be redeemed on the AWS account under review.
As such, it's not enough to simply commission a report, because at least 45% of any serious deficiencies identified must be corrected afterwards - however in the long term you won’t have to pay extra for the first 5000USD of these corrections to be made.
Survey
We agree on the business objectives and AWS account to be surveyed, and then document the architecture and ask questions based on the pillars of the Well Architected framework as described above.

Using the tools of the Well Architected framework, we will assess and evaluate your architecture in the cloud, identify any shortfalls and recommend innovative solutions. We communicate directly with your colleagues who maintain and develop your current environment to gain a complete picture of your processes.

We present the analysis and its findings, explaining exactly what it means.. The report will cover both compliances and gaps. Together we will prioritize critical problems and develop a plan to fix at least 45% of them.
