In this AWS webinar presented by our colleague Peter Mikola, we'll show you how AWS services can mitigate or resolve common problems and familiar challenges faced by e-commerce providers and high-traffic online stores.

Firstly, we'll get an insight into how to get started and the issues you'll face at the beginning, then Peter will introduce us to some important AWS services and provide some ideas on how to use them in e-commerce.

After that, we'll give you a hands-on demonstration on how you can launch a simple webshop using AWS Marketplace. Once your webshop is up and running, you can easily make technical changes to it, for example resize its server, or assign it an Elastic IP. With a few basic features, you can quickly make the store scalable. If you are expecting higher amounts of traffic, you can use the AWS CloudFront CDN presented in the webinar. A fast website needs to be served by a fast database, and to help you with this we will show you how to configure the Amazon RDS Aurora Serverless solution. Finally, encrypted data traffic is now a basic requirement on the web, for this we will demonstrate the uses of the AWS Application Load Balancer and Amazon Certificate Manager.
